Philippine Authorities Order Evacuation After Mayon Eruption

30 October 2026 at 09:07
Mayon volcano eruption in the Philippines produces a three-kilometer ash plume, prompting evacuations in Albay province.

A three-kilometer ash plume prompted evacuations within a six-kilometer radius as officials raised the volcano’s alert level to 3.

Philippine authorities ordered the evacuation of communities within six kilometers of Mayon volcano on Friday after a moderately explosive eruption sent an ash plume 3,000 meters above its crater, prompting warnings of further volcanic activity and possible lava flows.

The eruption began at 11:53 a.m. local time (03:53 GMT) and lasted nearly six minutes, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). It generated a dense ash cloud that rose rapidly to 3,000 meters above the summit.

Phivolcs raised Mayon’s alert level to 3 on a five-point scale, warning that the volcano had entered a new phase of magmatic eruption and faced an increased risk of a hazardous event. The agency said lava flows could descend the volcano’s slopes in the coming days or weeks.

Following the eruption, the Albay Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council ordered local authorities to evacuate residents living within a six-kilometer radius of the crater on Friday afternoon.

The directive, signed and shared by the provincial governor, also suspended classes at all educational levels in public and private schools across the affected area until further notice.

Police and military personnel will enforce security measures to prevent access to the danger zone, where all activities have been prohibited.

Authorities also warned residents to remain alert for possible mudflows and avalanches of volcanic material along rivers and streams flowing down the volcano. Phivolcs advised pilots to avoid flying over the summit.

The agency forecast ashfall in Daraga, Camalig and Guinobatan, as well as other communities in Albay province, in the southeastern part of Luzon island.

Mayon is one of the Philippines’ most active volcanoes. The country lies along the Pacific Ring of Fire, a region marked by intense seismic and volcanic activity.

Spain high-speed railway crash kills at least 68 after train stopped on tracks

28 October 2026 at 11:08

Several Americans are believed to have been injured in a high-speed train collision that killed at least 68 people in Spain on Wednesday when one train collided with another that had stopped on the tracks.

The crash took place in Spain's Castilla-La Mancha, with the regional government confirming the death toll and adding that another 58 people required medical treatment in hospitals. Several Americans are believed to have been hurt in the crash, according to the State Department.

Rescue workers continue to search in the wreckage for survivors and bodies, with witnesses describing a gruesome scene.

Wednesday's incident is the second high-speed rail crash Spain has suffered this year.

Spain’s rail system operator ADIF said the crash occurred Wednesday morning in the province of Toledo. Both trains were carrying hundreds of passengers, and were headed in the same direction on a route from Madrid to Seville.

CRASH INVOLVING SPEEDING TRAIN, MINIBUS IN BELGIUM LEAVES 4 DEAD INCLUDING 2 CHILDREN

One train, run by the state-owned RENFE company, ran into the tail of the other train owned by private company IRYO that had stopped, knocking two of its cars off the track. Those companies were the same ones involved in January's crash.

Esther Padilla, a spokesperson for the Castilla-La Mancha regional government, said 397 passengers were on the RENFE train and 147 passengers on the IRYO train.

Spanish Transport Minister Óscar Puente attributed the deadly train collision to what he described as an "inexplicable" decision by the country's central rail control center to allow a train to resume traveling after a safety system malfunctioned.

Puente said the train's engineers were not responsible for the collision.

According to Puente, a computer malfunction caused a safety system covering roughly 39 miles of track to stop working around 8:30 a.m.

The disruption forced trains in the affected area to stop, but the central control center subsequently authorized the RENFE train to resume traveling without speed restrictions, he said.

Just over 20 minutes later, the RENFE train collided with the stopped IRYO train.

Puente said the RENFE train should never have been cleared to resume traveling while a stop signal remained active on the line. At a minimum, he said, the train should have been instructed to proceed at a reduced speed.

Officials are still working to determine the train's speed at the time of the collision, but Puente said it may have been traveling at approximately 124 mph.

David Gómez, a construction worker, was working with his brother and another colleague nearby when they heard the crash and ran to help, he told the newspaper El País.

"People were trying to get out through the windows…. We cut through some fences to access the area and treated people with the first-aid kits we had brought," until emergency services arrived, he said. "As I was trying to pull a young woman out, there was a piece of a leg."

Spanish Health Minister Mónica García said emergency workers were focusing on rescuing survivors and bodies from the two most damaged train cars. She said the injured are being sent to different hospitals in the area.

"It was a high-speed impact, so we are expecting this to be a tragedy," García said.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez visited the crash site and announced that his government would declare three days of national mourning.

"Today all of Spain is grieving," Sánchez said.

The prime minister also called for enhanced safety measures across the country's rail system following the second high-speed rail crash this year.

"It is unacceptable for a country like Spain to suffer two high-speed rail accidents in the same year," he said.

Passenger Ignacio Relaño was traveling on the RENFE train. He told state broadcaster TVE that the train had stopped momentarily on the line before it started again and then crashed into the IRYO.

"We all felt the train abruptly slowing down and then the impact," he said. "The car leaned to one side like it was about to tip over. I hit my nose, everything went flying, luggage, cellphones. Everything shook."

Another passenger recounted to Cadena Ser radio how she felt the train slam on the brakes and was thrown forward in her seat, breaking the small table in front of her. She said she saw body parts and trapped people covered in blood.

IRYO, an Italian-owned company, said in a statement that it has "activated its security protocols and is closely working with authorities."

Spain’s King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia said in a short statement on X that they were following news of the accident.

"We are deeply saddened and concerned by the train accident in Urda (Toledo)," the royal couple said. "We share in the grief of the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives, and we send our heartfelt support to the injured and all those affected."

Paraná River Floods Displace 4,200 Families in Paraguay

24 October 2026 at 10:07
Paraná River floods inundate neighborhoods in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, and Paso de la Patria, Argentina, forcing families to evacuate.

Flooding in Paraguay and Argentina’s Corrientes province has inundated homes and damaged infrastructure, with further rises in water levels possible.

Flooding along the Paraná River has forced about 4,200 families to evacuate in eastern Paraguay and inundated neighborhoods in Argentina’s Corrientes province, as authorities warn that further rainfall could worsen conditions in the coming days.

RELATED: Paraguay Evacuates 4,200 Families as Parana River Overflows

Ciudad del Este, in Paraguay, is among the hardest-hit areas, with more than 1,000 households affected. In Argentina, a breached flood barrier in Paso de la Patria has sent water hundreds of meters inland, submerging streets and creating additional safety risks.

Heavy rainfall across the Paraná River basin has prompted civil protection agencies and local authorities in both countries to assist displaced residents, distribute sandbags and establish temporary shelters.

In Paraguay’s Alto Paraná department, the neighborhood of Remansito in Ciudad del Este has suffered severe flooding. Around 35 families involved in recycling were forced to leave their homes after their plots were inundated.

Residents have blamed the rapid rise in water levels on the opening of floodgates at the Itaipu Binacional hydroelectric plant. The dam’s administration has rejected claims that the operation was the main cause of the flooding, saying the gates were opened in accordance with technical safety protocols for operational contingencies.

The emergency has also severely affected Paraguay’s Ñeembucú department, particularly the localities of Ayolas and Cerrito. Residents have organized community kitchens to provide food and basic supplies to evacuees.

Across the border, Paso de la Patria has become one of the most vulnerable areas in Corrientes province after an embankment near the Don Julián cabin area gave way. Water levels at the town’s port reached 7.79 meters.

The breach allowed floodwaters to advance as far as 300 meters inland, inundating the Los Pescadores, La Isla and Señoran neighborhoods, as well as areas around the Huajó stream.

The rising water has also submerged the Pinín Palma amphitheater and Isla de los Pájaros. The presence of potentially dangerous wildlife, including caimans, in residential areas has added to concerns over public safety. The flooding has also hit a town whose economy relies heavily on tourism and sport fishing.

Residents have described the difficulty of escaping the rising waters. Ismael Ali, who lives in Los Pescadores, said he was surrounded by floodwater with nowhere to go, while neighbors fled as best they could and tried to rescue their dogs.

Although the Paraná’s level in the Argentine sector fell by 40 centimeters on Friday, authorities warned that the decline might be temporary. Heavy storms continuing upstream in Brazil could cause water levels to rise by as much as another meter in the coming days.

Paraguay’s Directorate of Meteorology and Hydrology has forecast continued rainfall through the weekend, raising the risk of landslides. Municipal authorities and rescue teams in both countries are continuing to distribute sandbags, open temporary shelters and monitor riverside areas. Residents have been warned to remain alert for further rainfall and possible hail.

BLOODY RED SKIES after Earthquakes even over COLOMBIA after VENEZUELA. Biblical Omen, HAARP Geomagnetic Test like Colourful Auroras or Rare Natural event?

UPDATE ON AUGUST, 19, 2026

In Colombia, the sky turned a bloody red color after latest earthquakes

Before the fear caused by the 7.4 magnitude earthquake in Colombia had even subsided, an unusual sight in the sky this time caused panic.

The sky turning intense shades of red and orange during sunset hours raised concerns of a new tremor in some areas, while experts stated that the sight was a natural atmospheric event.

Residents of the Colombian city of Galeras witnessed an unusual natural phenomenon when the sky suddenly turned a bright red color.

This event occurred in the northern part of the country, in the Sucre department, in the La Sabana subregion, on August, 16, a few year later the latest earthquake in Colombia of low intensity 4.2 that haven’t caused damage due to its depthness.

Locals were surprised and concerned about what surrounded them. Footage of the red sky quickly spread on social media, sparking active discussion.

The sky turning an eerie blood red after Venezuela Earthquake

Days after twin earthquakes struck Venezuela, leaving thousands dead and causing widespread devastation across parts of the south American country, residents in the capital Caracas witnessed the sky turning an eerie blood red.

Videos quickly spread over social media, showing a burning crimson sky as the sun sank below the horizon, bathing the city in a red glow.

Now let’s try to analyze the possible causes from a natural, scientific, and metaphysical perspective.

It would be a mistake, in fact, to ignore potentially supernatural or geoengineered phenomena simply because we persist in confining these areas to a corner where science, unfortunately, still lacks certain and empirically unequivocal answers.

It’s important to note that a video published by the New York Post showed the sky changing in color from deep red to purple, just like the multi-colored auroras triggered by the HARRP station often used by US Pentagon for geoengineering military tests.

A Rare Natural Event

«Scientists say there is a much more simple explanation for the vivid sunset. Known locally as a ‘candilazo’, it occurs when the sun’s light travels through a thicker layer of the atmosphere, scattering blue and violet wavelengths and allowing the red and orange hues to dominate the sky» the bristish newspaper The Independent wrote.

VENEZUELA EARTHQUAKE, HUGE TRAGEDY: 3,811 Dead, 16,740 Injured. Over 30,000 still MISSING under Unreachable Collapsed Buildings (Geologist Video)

This is called Rayleigh scattering, and it is enhanced when there are more particles in the atmosphere, such as dust, smoke, or moisture. Saharan dust can often cause this to happen when it is carried on the wind across the Atlantic to this part of the world, further intensifying the colour of the sunsets in northern South America.

However, geophysicists say there is no scientific evidence linking red sunsets with seismic activity, and science is torn over whether earthquake lights, or EQL, are even real.

But the same scientists quoted by the mainstream newspaper – it should be noted – cannot even explain why there were 93 earthquakes in a single week in the Pacific Ring of Fire (and not only)

“Geophysicists differ on the extent to which they think that individual reports of unusual lighting near the time and epicenter of an earthquake actually represent EQL,” The U.S. Geological Survey states on its website. “Some doubt that any of the reports constitute solid evidence for EQL, whereas others think that at least some reports plausibly correspond to EQL.”

Therefore, despite the online speculation, the dramatic sky over Caracas is simply a natural event and not linked to the earthquakes, which were caused by the grinding movement along the boundary between the Caribbean and South American tectonic plates.

The Fears of a Biblical Omen

Social media users questioned if the colored sky was linked to the deadly earthquake that had recently struck the region.

The timing sparked theories ranging from mysterious ‘earthquake lights’ to biblical signs, as many likened it to Joel 2:30-31, which describes the ‘Day of the Lord’, which is a time of God’s coming judgment and power, Daily Mail pointed out.

“The CHRISTIAN ZIONISM Threatens CHRISTIANITY in HOLY LAND”. As in WEST! Apocalyptic Analysis on Jerusalem Orthodox Patriarch’s Prophetic Alarm

‘And I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes,’read the verses.

The prophecies about earthquakes in the “end times” announced in the Book of Revelation are also mentioned in the Gospel of St. Luke (21, 10-11):

«Then he (Jesus – ed) said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven”.

FREEMASONRY & ZIONISM – 1. Apocalyptic “Cataclysms” by Synagogue of Satan: Genocides in Palestine & Plotted Pandemic for Lethal Vaccines.

And more (Luke, 21, 26-28):

“There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

A Consequence of a Geomagnetic Bombardment as Forecast by Fidel Castro

But there is another explanation that could instead be related to an anthropogenic geoengineering action as was foreseen and announced by Fidel Castro regarding a possible US military attack through the use of geomagnetic bombardment of the HAARP station in Alaska.

The FIDEL CASTRO’s DISTURBING “PROPHECY” on VENEZUELA EARTHQUAKE triggered with HAARP Dangerous US Military Tests

According to the Cuban revolutionary, the infamous structure used for the electromagnetic alteration of the ionosphere in order to cause artificial northern lights – the acronym HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program – could also be capable of causing earthquakes, as also claimed by various scientists who do not deserve mention as they have not published certified studies.

But it is absolutely certain that the HAARP station is capable of producing dazzling auroras, producing sky colors that vary from green to red and purple depending on the intensity of the radio frequency (as we detailed in a previous investigation, see image below).

CLICK TO READ MORE ABOUT HAARP EXPERIMENTS

Therefore, even if Castro’s conspiracy theory about an earthquake caused by geoengineering in Venezuela is accepted as possible, a phenomenon of strange, intense blood-red illumination of the sky would be entirely consistent with a geomagnetic bombardment.

It’s important to note that a video published by the New York Post showed the sky changing in color from deep red to purple, just like the multi-colored auroras triggered by the HARRP station.

This color variation certainly isn’t evidence of a dangerous geoengineering operation, but it’s certainly a very serious clue that shouldn’t be underestimated.

DAZZLING AURORAS DEBUNKED! Artificially Caused by HAARP & US NSF. Not by a Solar Storm as CNN Told

It should be remembered that in 2019, the Trump administration used electromagnetic attacks to sabotage Venezuela’s electricity gridin a vain attempt to cause a coup against President Nicolas Maduro.

And Maduro himself was arrested in a raid by US military special forces using directed-energy weapons and bombs, currently prohibited under conventional law.

For the sake of completeness, we’ve listed three different hypotheses regarding Venezuela’s strange red skies. Choose which one you think is most plausible.

A strong earthquake, with a magnitude of 4.7, was distinctly felt in various neighborhoods of Naples around 7:45 PM. The epicenter was located in the Campi Flegrei (Phlegraean Fields) at a depth of 2.6 km.

According to Italian TV RAI News, “It’s the strongest tremor in 40 years.”

Power outages occurred from Pizzo Falcone to Fuorigrotta. Many people, frightened, took to the streets. Dozens of calls were made to the fire department for stuck elevators in buildings or collapsing debris. Firefighters were also working to check the stability of buildings.

Damage was also reported in Pozzuoli. The Municipality of Pozzuoli has activated the Municipal Operations Center (COC) to coordinate all monitoring and assistance activities for the population.

The seismic swarm affecting the Campi Flegrei area continued unabated throughout the night. After the main 4.7 magnitude quake recorded at 7:46 PM, seismographs detected at least thirty aftershocks of varying intensity, including the strongest magnitude 3.8 at 10:00 PM and the last magnitude 1.6 shortly after midnight. In Pozzuoli, many residents chose to spend the night outside, fearful of returning after the constant tremors.

In recent years, monitoring of the supercaldera has detected anomalous sulfur dioxide emissions, which, according to some international studies, indicate intense magmatic activity at the volcano, giving credence to the nightmare of a disastrous explosion that some geologist had already simulated a few years ago.
