A fire broke out in the area of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant after air defenses were engaged, according to Ukrainian monitoring channel Exilenova Plus.
Voronezh Oblast Governor Aleksandr Gusev claimed that Russia had downed 113 Ukrainian drones over Voronezh and several districts of the region overnight and this morning, with over 70 of them heading toward the regional capital.
Ukraine struck several targets, including a petrochemical plant and a warehouse in Siberia around 2,500 kilometers away from the border on Oct. 24, monitoring channels reported.
