Parker Finn, creator, writer and director of the first two 'Smile' films, developed and pitched the framework for the third installment, and will remain involved as a producer of the next movie.

The ‘Smile 2’ standout gets the biggest dramatic part of his career in Netflix's gritty war film, and says it's changed his outlook on working in the industry he grew up surrounded by: “I want movies to live forever, and I want to be a small part of that.”
