Ukraine's largest fixed-line telecommunications operator, Ukrtelecom, increased revenue by almost 13% in January-September 2026 compared with the same period in 2025, to UAH 4.3 billion, while EBITDA rose 46% year over year to more than UAH 1.3 billion, according to a company press release published Thursday.
