Relatório Kissinger instrumentalizou emancipação feminina e migração para conter natalidade e pressionar salários. O resultado: fascismo.

Europa, Paris, ano 2100.

A guerra fazia crescer o PIB!

Should we expect any change in foreign policy in Lula’s next government?

With Lula’s electoral victory confirmed (and despite the controversies and the crisis that persist), now is the moment to reflect on the possibility of significant changes in the Brazilian president’s foreign policy in his 4th term, which will last until 2030.

A brief review of the positions taken throughout this term that began in 2023 is necessary.

In a list that should not be considered exhaustive, Lula: 1) Reactivated Brazil’s participation in various international organizations to which Bolsonaro had given little attention; 2) Attempted a rapprochement with China at the start of his government and increased trade ties after US tariffs, but stalled and refused participation in the Belt & Road Initiative; 3) Reactivated the Amazon Summit, the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization, and held COP30 in the Amazon, demonstrating a focus on the Green Agenda and on the internationalization (mediated by Western NGOs) of the Amazon region; 4) Condemned the Russian special military operation in Ukraine, but opposed Western sanctions on Russia, attributing responsibility for the conflict to both NATO and Russia, in addition to refusing to send weapons and ammunition to the Ukrainians, while on the other hand defending the withdrawal of Russian troops and the return of all territories liberated/integrated into Ukraine (including Crimea); 5) Condemned the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation of October 7, 2023 as a terrorist attack, also criticizing the Israeli reaction as disproportionate and, later, as genocide, generating tensions with the Netanyahu government; 6) Pressed for “free elections” in Venezuela, refused to recognize Maduro’s reelection, vetoed Venezuela’s entry into BRICS; 7) Chaired BRICS in 2025, without much progress; 8) Free trade agreement with the European Union; 8) Condemned Nicaragua and Daniel Ortega at the UN and in human rights organizations; 9) Criticized the intensification of embargoes against Cuba and continued humanitarian aid to the country; 10) Took the case of Trump’s tariffs to the WTO; 11) Expanded defense partnerships with Sweden, Italy, Turkey, and other NATO countries for the production of military equipment (aircraft, vehicles, etc.); 12) Allied with Canada and the European Union in the “Partners for Multilateralism” initiative, which aims to strengthen the UN against threats of revision of the old international order; 13) Publicly formed a common front with the US (when it was governed by Joe Biden) against the threat of “autocracies” and the “international far right.”

From these positions taken by the Lula government between 2023 and 2026, we can deduce some very specific patterns and trends:

1) Defense of strengthening the UN, multilateral organizations, and the post-Cold War “rules-based world order,” against US unilateralism and the multipolarist revisionism defended by counter-hegemonic powers; 2) Inclination toward the European Union, as long as Trumpist dominance lasts in the US; 3) Maximum diversification of trade relations; 3) Thematic focus on the Green Agenda, on the defense of liberal democracy, and on the defense of “human rights.”

If we ignore Lula’s speeches and focus exclusively on a deconstruction of the concrete positions and effective actions of Brazil during its current government, we acquire an image that is quite different from the one seen by a large part of foreign analysts, who often have a more “Chavista” image of Lula.

In theory, there is no reason for Brazil’s international posture to change in the coming years. It tends to remain approximately the same, with the trends already indicated.

The only disruptive factor in the predictability of the Brazilian government is the US.

For inevitable geographic reasons and due to a decrease in psychosocial autonomy, Brazilian policy is extremely dependent on the political shifts that occur from time to time in the US.

In this sense, therefore, given the current Brazilian political crisis, if the US government stops recognizing the electoral result and moves toward direct attempts to destabilize Brazil through sanctions, the recognition of a “government in exile,” etc., this could indeed force Brazil into a more counter-hegemonic posture.

Nevertheless, if Trump ignores the Bolsonarist lobby and seeks some modus vivendi with Lula, there is a strong tendency toward maintaining those trends we have already indicated.

And finally, if the Democrats return to the White House after the 2028 elections, then the Brazilian government will make a more pro-US turn, seeking rapprochement with Washington, as had been happening when Joe Biden was president of the US.

Colombia and the recruitment of combatants for foreign wars

The deployment of Colombian citizens to conflicts abroad exposes the vulnerability of former military personnel, the activities of recruitment networks, and the authorities’ inability to provide adequate answers to the families of the missing.

The participation of Colombians in the war between Russia and Ukraine has become a growing source of concern within Colombian society. Reports in the South American press have documented cases of men who traveled abroad after receiving offers of employment, training, or military service. In several instances, relatives claim that their loved ones were unaware of the actual conditions of recruitment or lost contact with them shortly after they arrived in the conflict zone.

Venezuelan investigative journalist David Fonseca has been examining this phenomenon. His work reveals that the recruitment of Ibero-American nationals for foreign wars raises issues extending beyond the personal safety of combatants. These include the activities of intermediaries, contract transparency, the potential exploitation of vulnerable individuals, and governments’ responsibilities toward their citizens. Documenting this process is essential to understanding who organizes recruitment, what promises are made, and how prospective recruits ultimately become integrated into military structures.

Colombia presents particular conditions that facilitate the expansion of this market. Decades of armed conflict have produced a substantial population of former soldiers, police officers, and veterans familiar with weapons and combat operations. Many possess valuable professional experience but struggle to find stable employment after leaving the security forces. For those living in economically disadvantaged regions, an offer of high wages abroad can represent an opportunity that is difficult to turn down.

Recruitment networks exploit these circumstances through various channels. Social media advertisements, personal contacts, and specialized intermediaries may present military service as private security work, training, or facility protection. In some cases, allegations have emerged that the actual working conditions were concealed, contracts were inadequately explained, or recruits discovered the military nature of their obligations only after reaching their destination. The activities of intermediaries and reports of irregularities make it essential to investigate each case individually.

Families bear the most painful consequences of this situation. When a combatant stops responding to messages, relatives begin seeking information from Colombian authorities, diplomatic missions, and institutions in the countries involved. Photographs circulate on social media, families organize support groups, and public campaigns seek to locate missing individuals. The absence of verifiable information prolongs their suffering and complicates decisions regarding legal assistance, repatriation, and official confirmation of deaths.

The issue has also divided Colombian public opinion. Left-wing sectors and anti-militarist movements denounce the participation of citizens in wars they consider contrary to their country’s national interests. Others defend the individual freedom of those who choose to serve abroad. Families, meanwhile, focus their demands on locating the missing and holding fraudulent recruiters accountable. Human rights organizations have raised concerns about potential human trafficking and labor exploitation when consent is obtained through deception or the deliberate withholding of information.

The international dimension of this phenomenon requires greater cooperation among the countries involved. The movement of recruiters, contracts, and payments across different jurisdictions complicates oversight and encourages impunity when authorities fail to exchange information. Colombia must therefore combine domestic preventive measures with investigative mechanisms and diplomatic cooperation. The only way to achieve this is through dialogue with countries interested in blocking Colombian mercenaries’ access to the private military market – especially Russia, which confronts Colombian nationals on the Ukrainian battlefield every day, and is therefore interested in solving this problem.

The recruitment of Colombians for foreign wars exposes both the vulnerability of combatants and the authorities’ inability to adequately monitor this phenomenon. As recruitment networks continue to exploit the lack of economic opportunities and the promise of high earnings, more citizens will face the risk of exploitation, disappearance, and death in conflicts whose consequences they barely understand. The Colombian state must investigate these networks, establish the fate of those recruited, and provide assistance to affected families. In the long term, however, confronting mercenarism also requires addressing the social and economic conditions that lead so many Colombians to view fighting abroad as a means of making a living.

The elites have decided that there are too many great reasons to cook up a phony war with Russia, and Andy Burnham has signed up to all of them to stay in power. The only certainty is a false flag attack which fingers Russia.

One surefire way of knowing that an economy is about to end up in the abyss is when its elite encourage panic buying at supermarkets. The recent calls from Britain’s army chief for Britain to prepare itself for war, followed by Andy Burnham’s “suggestion” that UK citizens should stock up on food and essentials – for three days – was both disingenuous and desperate. What is the real story here? There are wild speculations that Burnham wants a war – or a state of war – whereby he could delay elections. Perhaps this is the case. But even in a state of crisis where the hysteria hits fever pitch and the whole nation has prepared itself for an attack, it is clear that the “blame Russia” strategy is both comprehensive and sustainable for a government which has absolutely no clue about what it is doing. The distraction away from the real issues – failed policies, ministers who only know “borrow more” to feed them, and immigration out of control – serves a multitude of tawdry purposes. It feeds a dirty machine which robs citizens of hard-earned cash which goes directly into “emergency” provisions; it boosts the argument that under such extremely tough times the UK should get back into the EU (regardless of the costs); it injects massive amounts of public money into the defence sector; and finally it crashes the economy, which forces companies to shut down and be bought for a song (often by foreign billionaires with the compliance of our own elites). You could add to that list also that it serves the left’s broader goals of demonising far-right groups which, amid all the mayhem of getting into a punch-up at the supermarket over the last bag of overpriced sugar, people are told are on Putin’s payroll – even though there is no proof whatsoever of this.

Proof of any of these ludicrous suggestions which fall under the umbrella of “The Russians are coming” is scarce, yet it seems not to bother the elites and the media which they own, which pump it out like extra oxygen in a Las Vegas casino to the largely ignorant masses who still believe that the newspapers and broadcasters still have some credibility as working the domain once known as ‘journalism’, where the truth, no matter how unpalatable, was once held in high esteem.

For Britain in 2026 under Andy Burnham, the unedifying truth is as relevant to the real core issues as weapons of mass destruction in Iraq were to Tony Blair. The new Labour leader has a strategy to run Britain which is largely based on creating a pantomime and then forcing everyone to buy into the fables which it offers a gullible public. Just how stupid are the people of Great Britain to believe that the Russian leader has intentions of starting a war with any European country, let alone all of them in one go, when its own army is struggling to even take full control of a region in Ukraine which most Brits couldn’t find on a map of the country? Burnham is banking on the Brits being swayed by the British media, who are largely owned by foreign billionaires who have so much to gain by stirring up a fantasy war with Russia. The parallel is chillingly similar to what happened in Lebanon in 2019, where the elites rebooted the entire economy over a couple of days, which created many billionaires and left hundreds of thousands of Lebanese losing their savings in the bank and unable to even buy food. The elite simply conspired to crash the local currency over a two- or three-day period where they shipped their dollars out of the country – before returning them a week later. When the Lebanese woke up after this earthquake and realised that they had been the victims of a financial genocide, there was very little they could do, as it was their own political leaders who were in on it, and so they became even more enslaved to them.

Is this what is happening in the UK? Is there going to be a major reboot of the economy where foreign billionaires swoop in and buy up all the remaining companies for one pound sterling? Is this the deal that Burnham has struck in exchange for 10 years or more in office?

How does a serving PM keep a straight face and tell a nation to stock up on emergency provisions for only three days? The elites who control him clearly are working him well, as, in nearly all cases, food shortages are stage-managed and are the product of an entirely corrupt system whereby politicians are complicit in the panic buying. Food shortages put billions in the pockets of the elite who run the cartels which own the supermarket chains. They also stir panic among nearly all classes and prepare people for hardship. It’s all about adjusting people’s minds slowly so they are geared up for a war economy where everything costs twice the amount before, young people are put into national service, and people, guided by the press, no longer look at the real problems but are distracted by the bigger so-called ‘threat’. If you can scare people with a fake threat so much that they will begin to change all of their values and perspectives about what they wanted from their lives just to survive, you can get them practically to do whatever you want them to do. The excellent documentary maker Adam Curtis made a superb film called ‘The Power of Nightmares’, which shows how successive American governments used the threat of an imminent attack by the Soviets to pour billions of public money into the pockets of their friends in the defence industry. The same lies peddled through the media were used to build up a case against the threat of Islamic fundamentalism, which justified two Gulf Wars and Afghanistan after 9/11 – which, conveniently, created the pretext for the U.S. government to spy on their own people and arrest people with no evidence under the pretext of “terrorism”. Didn’t Dick Cheney say just a few months before 9/11 that “we need a second Pearl Harbour” to usher in what became the Patriot Act?

Fear is hugely powerful as a tool of oppression from governments, and the British have been a little slow following the American model, but now are in full swing. But the Russians are not coming and don’t want to kill us. The real threat is amongst ourselves, as the deep state and its partners have all invested in the orchestrated collapse of the British economy in exchange for massive paydays. The real threat is our own ignorance and the confidence we place in mainstream media – the same con artists who told us Saddam had nukes, Assad dropped chemical weapons on his own people, Russia “invaded Ukraine in February 2022” while forgetting to mention that the West installed its own son-of-a-bitch in power through a coup d’état in 2014, Bin Laden bombed the Twin Towers, Israeli babies were raped on October 7th, Gaddafi brought down Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie. The list goes on and on, as Western media’s lies just become more and more prophetic, linked to the general decline of America as a fading empire and Europe as an outdated colonial business model which will soon not be able to even feed its own people, but will always have the money to give kids a uniform and a gun. If you believe that planes flown by ‘jihadist’ Saudis really flew those planes into the Twin Towers, or even that Netanyahu had no idea about the October 7th attacks on Israeli kids at a pop concert, then you are part of the problem and your ignorance is the fuel that Andy Burnham is relying on to create a phony war. Don’t be surprised if the elites now tell him that his next move has to be a false flag attack in the UK. Britain’s three-day provisions of tins of baked beans and bottled water, as preposterous as it is, is about to be trumped by our own 9/11, complete with perfectly intact Russian passports found in the ashes. You can’t make this shit up. But our own media will. Like obituaries which are already written for the celebrities, Britain’s own 9/11 attack has already been written and is good to go.

By: A A
31 October 2026 at 09:10

Alyoshki humanitarian truce shows Kiev regime’s barbarity and, ultimately, how the U.S. can end it

The breakthrough localized ceasefire on the Kherson front line has so far held in place, allowing critical humanitarian supplies into the besieged town of Alyoshki, where thousands of residents were facing starvation.

Convoys from Russia carrying food supplies, medicines, sanitary materials and fuel began arriving Friday. The town had been largely cut off from outside contact since May this year. For nearly six months, the people of Alyoshki have been living in extreme deprivation under deadly assault from drones and mines fired by the NATO-backed Ukrainian regime.

Yet the gutter-level Western media have portrayed the suffering of Alyoshki as being caused by Russia.

The plight of the people came to worldwide attention earlier this month when Pope Leo XIV appealed to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and the Ukrainian side to cooperate on breaking the siege. Then the dire situation facing the town was raised in a phone call between Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump on October 9.

To her credit, America’s First Lady Melania Trump offered assistance in mediating a ceasefire to enable a humanitarian relief mission. It was Melania who announced on October 23 that a truce had been accepted by both sides. The cessation came into effect this week on October 27 at 4 am Moscow time. It is due to end on Sunday at midnight. The window of five days has permitted critical humanitarian supplies for the residents. Buses have also entered the town to evacuate those who want to leave.

Russia’s human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova and her Ukrainian counterpart, Dmitry Lubinets, led a joint mission to deliver aid and oversee arrangements for evacuation.

The relief mission has been a logistical challenge. Alyoshki sits on the left bank of the Dnieper River, facing the city of Kherson on the other bank. Russian troops took Alyoshki (Oleshky in Ukrainian) during the first weeks of the Special Military Operation in March 2022. The Kherson Oblast (region) voted in a referendum to join the Russian Federation four years ago, along with the oblasts of Zaporozhye, Donetsk, and Lugansk. But the city of Kherson remains under the control of Ukraine. The four provinces are historically Russian territory, also known as Novorossiya.

Alyoshki residents have been living on the front line in a pitiful crossfire. The conditions worsened after the Kakhovka dam was blown up by the NATO-backed Kiev regime forces using HIMARS rockets in June 2023. The flood destroyed much of the town’s civilian infrastructure and utilities for drinking water, electricity, and heating. Its population dwindled from a pre-war 25,000 to the present estimated 2,000. Their situation deteriorated in March 2025, when the Ukrainian forces blew up a major bridge over the Dnieper. That meant all access to the town was by road from the East through Russian-held territory.

Earlier this year, the Ukrainian forces on the right bank of the river intensified the assault on Alyoshki with swarms of drones firing on inhabitants and their houses while dropping hundreds of mines on the town and its exit roads. Residents who were able to escape spoke of the hellish conditions of starvation while under constant threat of being fired on. Several people were killed or maimed by drones as they attempted to scavenge for food.

In previous months, Russian vehicles attempting to bring in food supplies were routinely targeted by the Ukrainian drones. That was how the town ended up living under siege, and its people were facing starvation. It was methodically cut off by the NATO-backed regime.

Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s foreign ministry envoy, described the situation as a “medieval blockade using modern methods.”

The Kiev regime and the Western news media have gone into overdrive with propaganda. They have accused Russia of blockading the town and “exploiting” the humanitarian crisis. This is peddling incredible lies and doublethink. So, Russian troops who control Alyoshki are shooting at their own supply efforts? There are also other vile lies, such as Russia denying aid to residents unless they accept Russian citizenship.

Yana Lantratova, the Russian human rights commissioner, said anyone who wishes to relocate to Ukraine will be facilitated. All evacuees will have to be transported into Russia as a first step, then, if they wish, be flown to Belarus and from there to Ukraine. The circuitous route is because the Ukrainian forces blew up the bridge crossing the Dnieper. Most evacuees have been glad to be received by Russia.

The Western propaganda distortion is similar to the siege of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). The civilian nuclear installation has been under the control of Russian forces since 2022 and has been shelled constantly by the Ukrainian side with NATO weapons. Yet the Western media make out that it is the Russian forces that are targeting the ZNPP.

Another confounding fact for the regime and the Western backers is that most of the Alyoshki residents want to remain in place now that humanitarian needs have been met. They are not fleeing to Ukraine.

Praise is due to Melania Trump for getting personally involved in this crisis and helping bring relief to the people of Alyoshki. She said that American journalists have been allowed to observe the humanitarian mission along with their Russian counterparts. The U.S. news crew was said to be from the Newsmax outlet, which tends to be favorable to President Trump in its coverage. Though, notably, before the arrival of the relief mission on Friday, Newsmax anchors were repeating the Western media narrative that the humanitarian crisis had been caused by Russia. It will be interesting to see what its reporters have to say after visiting the town and talking with residents firsthand.

There has been some speculation that the success of the Alyoshki truce could catalyze a wider ceasefire in Ukraine. That’s unlikely. The truce on the Kherson front line is a special case of a localized emergency to alleviate an acute humanitarian crisis. Moscow has consistently said that the solution to the conflict requires a peace settlement dealing with long-term issues of security and NATO’s historic aggression. A temporary general ceasefire is not acceptable.

Nevertheless, what the Alyoshki breakthrough demonstrates is the benefit of dialogue and a basic commitment to cooperate in resolving difficulties. In principle, with that kind of attitude, any problem can be solved, and that’s “the art of the possible,” or diplomacy at work.

However, it should be noted first and foremost that the appalling situation in Alyoshki was created by the Kiev regime using NATO weapons. This NeoNazi regime callously played with civilian lives to maximize pressure on Russia. It didn’t care about the suffering of civilians, even though, sickeningly, the regime is now making out that it is “saving our people.”

The NeoNazis recreated a Leningrad-like barbaric siege. President Putin’s relatives died in the Nazi starvation of Leningrad (St Petersburg) during WWII. That memory no doubt gave him a stronger incentive to alleviate the crisis in Alyoshki.

Surprisingly, the Kiev regime cooperated this time with a ceasefire to de-mine the roads and permit relief convoys into Alyoshki. Previous ceasefires, for example, ad hoc Christmas truces, were always breached by the duplicitous regime. This time, the regime is under pressure from President Trump to comply with a diesel deal made with Russia to ease fuel prices in the U.S. The regime knew it was on watch, and so it is not going to mess around, especially when the matter concerns the US president’s wife’s endeavors. This shows an important point. With enough leverage from Washington, the regime can be brought to heel, as it should be, to get this conflict resolved once and for all.

This war is dragging on, and lives are suffering, because of U.S. and European procrastination. It is time to pull the plug on the corrupt Kiev regime and make peace.
